Midwest Sports Clash launches new interactive set TROY, MI – When Midwest Sports Clash debuts in May it will be with a brand new interactive set. Viewers tuning into the show will see a large backdrop with all nine and half states the show covers. They will be relying on their talented viewers to fill those states in. “When we decided to move to My TV20 we examined every part of the show and asked - what can we do better?” said co-host Michael Niziolek. "We thought long and hard about the set and we thought it would be a great way to encourage viewer participation." Niziolek said they will be calling on Michigan residents, whether they are artists, photographers, graphic designers or just kids that can draw, to send in collages for each of the states. "If you are interested in designing something for Michigan, for example, you could do a collage of famous players like Barry Sanders, Al Kaline and Joe Dumars," host Kevin Clark said. The hosts both said they only thing they ask is that each state contain material related to that state - so no pictures of Walter Payton in Minnesota or Reggie Miller in Iowa - but other than that fans can come up with anything they want. To send in your drawings, scan them into a computer at, at least 300 DPI and you can e-mail them to mail@midwestsportsclash.com. If viewers have different a digital designs they accept .PSD and .JPEGS, with at least 300 DPI resolution. If viewers want to physically send in their work (no returns) a physical mailing address will be provided at a later date. The hosts expect to reveal the first design in the coming weeks. "When people send them in we want to talk about each piece of art and really highlight the viewers participation. We hope they tune in, have friends and family tune in, to see the hard work they put in," Niziolek said. He said to get those pencils out and get drawing today! |
